Nikki Vickers FdSc RHAD is a registered HCPC hearing aid dispenser who until recently worked for a large high street retailer. She has years of experience in audiology and ear wax removal by micro suction.
We will look after your hearing needs, whether that be completing a hearing test, providing a wide range of hearing aids, ear wax removal or service and maintenance of existing hearing aids.
Wax Removal is completed using the safest Micro suction techniques for ages 18 and over ONLY.
It is important to pre soften your wax blockage using olive oil drops (earol) 7 days prior to your appointment to make the process as comfortable as possible.

Earwax Removal
£55 for both or for one ear £40
A consultation fee of £20 will be charged if no wax removal needed, however a free wax triage booked in will prevent this, ask for details if unsure.
We need ear wax to help our ears stay healthy, however sometimes we create too much wax that
starts to cause us problems. Our hearing care professional can remove troublesome wax using the
safest and most appropriate method.
Problems you may incur with wax are: –

Tinnitus (buzzing/whistling)
We Sell Earol Olive Oil Spray
Before any wax removal appointment can be completed earol spray or olive oil drops must be used for a minimum of 5-7 days, please avoid any other drops or sprays. This is your pre treatment, this helps soften wax to remove it as comfortable as possible. You may notice your hearing becomes more muffled during this process due to the wax soaking the oil and expanding in the canal, this is normal.
Earol Olive Oil Spray can be purchased at the clinic or can be posted out with an additional charge.
Hearing Tests
A hearing test will be carried out by our hearing care professional. We will start by asking about your medical history as well as your lifestyle and occupation. A full test will then be completed, and your test results will be explained in full to you.
Hearing Aid Consultations
If your results are outside the normal limits, we can go through our wide range of hearing aids to help you hear better. There is a range of prices to choose from to suit your budget. We offer 90 days money back guarantee and up to 5 years warranty.
Aftercare Package
We offer limitless free follow up appointments included in the cost of your hearing aids. We check the health of your ears and re-test your hearing. The need to test your hearing regularly is important as your hearing changes over the years and we will want to update your prescription in your aids to suit this.
